Hey all,
Does a property having commercial zoning have more or less value then a similar one that doesn't? Generally speaking.
-
I would say it depends on the tax situation and location.

Rob is correct. Usually, Commercial property is worth more than residential, howver it really depends on the likelyhood of commercial success in a given location, and/or the physical condition of the property. Commercial assessment alo attracts a much higher tax rate than residential.
