Hi All, Hope 2006 is good thus far!

I am new to the Tax Lien process. I would really appreciate a leg up on two factors, both pertaining to the GTA area: 1)Where can one find postings in GTA. 2) Are there any resourse sites for Auctions oppossed to Tenders?

Hi the resource I use is the Ontario Government Publication. "Ontario Gazette"  Just "google" it.  Sheriff Sales And Tax Arrears

I haven't experienced the auction process at 40 Dundas Street, still Farley new at this whole process. Is it Sheriff Sale of lands?

Hi, Yes it is, but via Public Auction oppossed to Tender.

I intend to attend the next one.. I'll let you know how it pans out.

Any idea when is the next auction in Toronto at 40 Dundas St. TO?

Who can I check with on this?

Hi,

I understand it is posted in the Ontario Gazette. Somebody mentioned that the next Auction would most likely be March/April.
