Title: Milton property

Has anyone looked into the Milton property? I know it's landlocked, but the owner paid $120k for it back in '89.  9 acres of escarpment land must be worth something?

Was the escarpment control board in place in 1989?
not sure when this group was developed but maybe he purchased with the intent of doing something with the land and then was not aloud to.  I'm not saying the land is useless just that the control board can and will make life very miserable and costly!!
