Title: Sale postponed?

Under what circumstances will the city postpone the sale? A property I was considering in Toronto has been postponed for thirty days. They wouldn't give out any more info. It was the property on Ridley blvd

Hi,

I looked into the Toronto tax sale and know all properties were either cancelled or postponed.  They refused to tell me how long the sale was postponed.  Do they need to advertise again and start the process again if the owner can't come up with the money?
