Just got back from Hamilton tax sale,some interesting results.

119-121 John St North $70,202.00   4 bids

110 Barton St. East  $52,000.00   19 bids  1 rejected  deposit was 2 cents short

570 King St East   $62,760.00  6 bids

0 Rockcliffe Rd  $21,500.00  5 bids

0 Guelph Rd  $10,500.00    4 bids

52 Dundas St  123,321.00  38 bids  1 rejected

2615 King St East  $2,511.00  2 bids

Imagine that, only 2 cents short.  That tax collector in Hamilton is one tough guy.  He's also aware of the law in this matter.  Make sure your deposit is sufficient to cover the 20% minimum required.  Sounds harsh, but it can lose you a sweet deal.   8)

Another way to thank someone could be to click the applaud link besides the person's name.  This is more of a message to all users especially new users over the last year or so since I last posted a similar message.

The feature is not as self explanatory as I originally thought so once in awhile I'll remind everyone that it's an option.
