Hi Everyone!
I'm a real old dude who can hardly maneuver a website, let alone start looking for land by public tender. But I happened to stumble onto this informative website and found it fasinating. I am actually very interested in finding out the winning bid amounts of the three properties recently sold in Kingston on January 4th.
Parcel #1 min.tender amount $13,406.68 - Parcel #2 $3,254,094.35 - Parcel #3 $20,468.03
I would appreciate any feedback on these particular properties. Many thanks! Sally

The results of the tender are public information, and you can usually find it somewhere on the Municipalities web-site. If not try calling them and see if they will give you that information - they won't give you names of bidders since that is confidential information (although they do read them out at the openings). If they refuse to give it to you, and you are adamant about getting it, then you can file a request for information under the 'Freedom of Information' legislation with the Municipal Clerk's office.
