Title: Frank : timber rights question

Hi there,

We are going to look at the property in Gautheir but I do have a question.  The description says
surface right only but says nothing about timber rights.  How do I find out if we get the timber right as well or not?  I called the township and the lady didn't know about timber rights or how to find out about it.  Could you help us out please?
