Title: Anyone know where Nova Scotia tax sales are advertised?
Post by: Konesky on June 05, 2007, 06:55:34 AM
Hello everyone,

I'm curious if anyone has information on tax sale listings in Nova Scotia. I've heard they are governed at the county level but I'm curious where the government advertises them.

I'm familiar with the Queen's Press, EGA: Ontario Gazette (which is where the tax sales are advertised provincially) but I'm interested in finding out more info on listings in NS.

Any info will help, thanks!

I would read the tax sales section of the Nova Scotia Municipal Act and regulations.  It will tell you in them where and how the sales must be advertised.
