Title: Process for former owners to get surplus from the public trustee

Hi All
      My understanding is that the municipality sends the surplus funds from a tax sale to the courts public trustee and the former owner has 1 year to apply for them.  Does anyone know how a former owner would go about getting in touch with the public trustee to get the surplus?
