Hi my question is if you are the winning bidder at a tax sale how long does it take to get ownership.Providing there are no tenants.

This question has probably been answered 100 times in previous posts.

The successful bidder can pay for the the property as soon as the treasurer has prepared a tax deed (this will include land transfer tax and GST if applicable).

Yup, so what exactly is your question.  I didn't find it in your statement of fact.
