Title: Township of Wollaston

Hi, has anyone seen the properties in Wollaston?

Any information on the Coe Hill town lots, was it a development gone bust?
Also is there public access to Wollaston Lake?

Wollaston Lake has a boat launch. That's all.
Coe Hill properties are small. A bit lager than a city lot.
The road in the village have no sign.
The big properties have no access but there are road allowances that needs 30 feet of filing.
I am frustrated.

did any body do a title search on the properties? any crown liens? I asked the treasurer who said there wasn't but not to quote her on that. I'm going up there from Toronto on thursday morning if anybody wants a ride let me know
