Title: Title Search Freelancer - Cochrane District

Does anyone know of a freelance title searcher in Cochrane District?
It is a bit too far to do a day hike to do it myself (from Toronto).

Any decent sized law office will do this. It costs them about $28 per search, so whatever price on top of that is their fee.

Actually I use Documentum to do Polaris searches or I go down to the Dundas St Office. The problem I have is I have been looking at some properties that I need someone to go to the Cochrane office. It is some old registry stuff. Thats why I need someone actually in Cochrane.
