Title: St. Thomas

Any one know more about St. Thomas properties. The Tax Clerk said that 1 of the property has mortgage on it (what type she doent know) and that they are currenty occupied (by owners or rented out she doent know).

I am very much interested in these. Any input will be appreciated.

I just heard that 93 Flora has been redeemed and is no longer available. Any one going tomorrow for 72 flora? if yes, please let me know how much it went for. Thanks.

I was at the StThomas sale there were 15 bids.The low bid was $15000 the highest bid was $60,500.
