Need help guys!!! My mom plan to check some of the properties in Spain. Do you have any recommendations?

My mom plan to  buy property in spain, hopefully next year... Any recommendations, guys!!!

Spain is great , Before purchasing shop around, Like most foreign countries the realtors have two prices, National and non national...Means ..they screw foreigners by about 30% so if you have good friends in spain , get them to help

How old is your mom  ie does she want a quiet town or the insanity of Ibiza ..does she speed spanish or does she want to hang with english?   
The canaries can be good deals especially the off islands ( Not Tenerife or Grand Canaria) Tenerife is nice but loaded with time shares and tourists
