Hello,
I'm brand new to this tax sale game. Does anyone have any info. on the 3 waterfront properties that are listed as being waterfront on Skeleton Lake? On the tax sales website, they are listed as not being on a public road, yet the instructions for visiting the properties are clearly driving instructions, which require a road. Does this mean you can see the properties from a road, out in the water on an island, or are they on an actual road, but a private one? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

The three properties are on a single lane private road that is not maintained, ie in winter if you dont have a snow mobile then there is no access in winter.
I drove down to then end to a parking area, then walked the remainder 100M up the peninsular to the properties.

Here is a picture of the access I took. According to GPS it was just beyond the gate. The access road is like that for about 2km.

Does anyone have photos of the actual waterfront? Is it clear or weedy? Is it shallow and safe for kids to swim, or is it deep water for boating?
How do you find the lots? Is there an official address posted out front?
How big are the actual lots? The description only mentions the waterfront widths.
Thanks!

1) All three are around 1/2 an acre each.
2) It is very difficult to look at the lake and you cannot see it from the private access road so no idea.
3) The lots are not posted, you definitely need a hand held GPS or you will not find them (as well as the coordinates obviously).
4) Because they have never been built on there is no street address (as well as being on private road).
Okay enough clues...
