Title: Successful Bidders

As of this post, there is 175 members listed. 

I'm kind of curious how many have been successful at winning a tender/auction.  I've bid on a few properties, but haven't been close.  Looking for as much detail as possible (what area of the province, was it vacant land or had a house on it, was the house vacant or was somebody living in it, etc).

Hi, I've bid on 6 or 8 properties over the last year and bought 2 of them. One was a vacant building lot near Cornwall and the other was 100 acreas just outside of Haliburton. in this market Houses seem to go for a higher % of there actual value. I'm trying this strictly as an investment and hope to flip them as fast as I can.
