Title: Gravenhurst Results

Was anyone present at the tender openings for the Gravenhurst tax sale on the 15th. I would be interested would like to know if the 88 and 95 acre properties were sold and for how much?

Both properties had about 50 bids on them.  Many low bids, and each had a half dozen in the $35k to $45k range.  Most people submitted similar bids on both properties...I guess if you were willing to buy one at that price then why not buy both.

The 95 acre one went for about $67k (the lone high bid), and the 88 acres went for $44k.

Didn't stay for the rest of the bid openings.
