Title: Hilton Beach property

Anyone have any info?  E-mailed the township and never got a response, haven't called yet though.  Is it a cottage or home etc...

Limited info I got -

Single family detached bungalow 1400 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, lot size 99 x 165.

Last sold Oct 2003 for $68,000.

If this property still stands up there, my guess it'll likely be redeemed before it gets sold thr this tax sale process.

Let's wait and see.

Thanks Jayz. Know the assessment value by chance or if its waterfront?  Pretty close to Sudbury and its sort of like the 'Muskoka' of the north.

You can locate it on Google Map with municipal address given to find out it's about a block away from water (boat dock). Assessd value is a few thousand dollars lower than last sold price.
