Title: Niagara Falls Results

Did anyone attend the opening? Any results. I almost bid but chickened out as the only 2 that were buildable were garbage scrub land.

I dont have the hard  numbers but about 12 of the properties redeemed in last minute deals with adjacent owners.


Actual Bids

06-10  0612 and 06-13   sold to adjacent owners

06-15 sold for min

36 and 37 sold to same buyer for min ( 20 K each lot)

I think  five or six were no bids

Any word on the toxic waste junkyard property. I had the impression a few people were considering this one.
Anyway... Does the city publish the results or do you have to call  the treasurer and ask what happened?

That was redeemed.  Will see in a few weeks but sure it sold to the adjacent house. I know one person who bid 66k on it but to no avail.
