Did you guys purchase the tender package for Greater Napanee? It says there that a building permit can be obtained, but the frontage of those 2 lots is 80 feet for each one of them. Have you checked the zoning by-law, are those 80 feet OK with the by-laws to get a building permit?

The zoning states:
Shoreline Residential Exception Two (SR-2) Zone
Part of Lots 18, 19, 20, and 21, Concession 3 in the geographic Township of
Adolphustown.
Within the SR-2 Zone, the following provisions apply:
a) Lot Area (minimum).......................................................................... 0.2 hectares
b) Lot Frontage (minimum) ..........................................................................30 metres
That doesnt work so it may be worth a call to the city on that to see if there is additional exceptions

Thank you PFM, I did that.
