Has anyone run up to limerick yet and if so pictures/comments would be appreciated

Very much so. If not, I am going some time next week, I hope. How do I get a title search done on this one of there is only the ROL no. and a very sketchy survey (and the owner's name)?

Be careful with this one the zoning is EP (Environmental Protected). I don't know if it is possible to get a building permit. Still could be a nice place to pitch a tent.

A friend showed me some pictures once. Would be really a nice place to make a home.

That will be about 3 hours from Toronto. Let me remind you that there are limited access to the water in this area. Seasonal resisdents are also territorials (most of them) in my opinion.

The zoning is Rural basically as per city. It might be a nice place, but how it was said there is no water around.
