Guys, remember LImerick? What about Napanee?
The guy who won the LImerick (and actually put in 2 bids for it) is the same one who won the Napanee (remember Napanee ...?). I realized only now, when I accidentally saw the name.

Check the Brighton posts as he won that one too.  Explains some of my losses but
that's life.  He lives in Cobourg area.   

You can expect to compete against him obviously in eastern ontario.  Don't know how far afield he ranges.

He is active but I am hoping he wins upcoming Cobourg bid and that may slow him a bit.

Don't know if he frequents the board. 

That does bring up a point should we plan for a fall meeting??

Earlier I complained that I felt I was competing against an 800 lb gorilla. 

According to the National Post the mystery bidder has been explained.

That explains it all, When you first posted that there was a 800 Lb gorilla at the opening, I phoned Jane Goodall and she told me that it was impossible as she has the count and none are missing. I clearly thought you were making it all up..

However the bigfoot...that explains everything .. Hes a slippery bugger and when he goes out in public he wears a trenchcoat and sunglasses so he fits right in..
