does anyone know how to get the bid prices for the previous sales ?
If we are in the bid, do we have right to ask to the municipality for the results?
If you just one bid price, calling up the municipality it's the easiest way. When you want multiple bid prices from different municipalities that method can get time consuming.
As far I know there is no easy way to get all of the properties. I know the site that Frank mentions sends out the top bid for properties they deal with but that is still only a fraction of the total number for any given month. If you come across an easy method, please post it here.

You can ask the town and they should tell you as it is a public bid , they wont tell you the winners name. Also if you have the legal description or address someone on here may be able to pull up the selling price if it has been updated or they kept notes.

As well, if you subscribe to OntarioTaxSales.ca, they send out winning information on a regular basis to their members...no names of course, but they let you know what the deal of the month was -- just to rub in the fact that you didn't get it.
