Strong property on Adams rd, ( todays gazette) acreage , beaver ponds ( swamp) probably be redeemed as he only owes a few grand and he only bought a few years back.
Minor problem . Adjacent land has been sold to Fowler construction company who is building a quarry ..and yup its running 24 hours.... but only 40 db at night ( at what distance???) so much for the quiet life. ( Not to mention the lights) So unless you are helen keller I dont think this one is a good buy

Here is the link to the public meeting minutes of rezoning for Fowler Construction. What is interesting is the residence for subject property is at this meeting.

I called the contacts at Strong for more info. They told me that they had been in touch with the owners and they were sure they were going to pay soon, so probably canceled soon. FYI, the quarry is to have and asphalt cement operation as well!! Tough times for the Adams Rd residence. If they are lucky it will disappear after the bypass goes through.

It actually isnt for the bypass, I think BOT is handling that section , One of the articles had flowler talking about future projects ..That quarry is there for life
But you are right, he will redeem so all is mute
