Anyone done any work on this one to suggest if there are any major negatives.
Its about 2.5 to 3 hour drive for me right through Toronto which is always a pain to take a look at
it.
I don't mind doing the work but would prefer to avoid it if any obvious problem like former gas station etc.

Hey,
I took a drive last weekend and couldn't find it since it didn't have one of the green property number signs, but based on the addresses in the area I think I narrowed it down to a triangular property. Try typing 'Teviotdale' into Google maps and follow Wellington Rd 7 south until you get to the first bend in the road (approx 1km). Then switch the view to 'satellite' - you can see a small triangular lot, just north of of the bend on the west side of the road. It's pretty small. Because of the shape, I'm not sure what it could used for...
