Title: NEW TO THIS TAX SALE WORLD.

Hi my name is Eddie and I'm new to this Real Estate Tax Sale World , I want to learn as much as I can about these Tax Sale Properties , I was interested 10 Years ago but I just ventured to different roads but now I wish to venture correctly, and with your help I now I can succeed.

               Thanks for the useful information that you have been shared. A tax "is not a voluntary payment or donation, but an enforced contribution, exacted pursuant to legislative authority" and is "any contribution imposed by government whether under the name of toll, tribute, tallage, gabel, impost, duty, custom, excise, subsidy, aid, supply, or other name."

Welcome to the forum. Taxes are always a popular subject, although not for the typical reasons!
