has this one been redeemed, doesn't seem that bad of an area, was it farmland? - is it mint?

As per redeeming...Im going with highly unlikely to redeem....Think this will go to the hammer  based on nothing but a 50 /50 guess ( ok the people bought/inherited it 33 years ago and Im betting they are dead or could careless about the land)
