I could be way of base here but is this not an old and failed back lot development around 3 Mile lake.  If memory serves you can't get a building permit for any of those lots and I think some were for sale for about $1,500 about 6-7 years ago.  Has anything changed in relation to these lots??

I don't know about those particular properties, but quite alot of properties in that general area are unbuildable (no permit available), so basically one step above worthless.
