Gee:

It looks like tax sale buyers like to buy cheap but sell high.  Original poster locked site so had to setup version 2.  ;) I wonder if Baller will set record for bad karma ratio.   ;D

Unfortunately all he is doing is stating a mood prevalent in the market.  People don't like when they find we maybe making what they think is an excessive profit.

Personally I don't think it is any purchasers business what I paid for property unless they do a title search.  Assessed value is a reasonable question.  I am not involved because I do not have property that meets the buying spec.

100% agree....If I am able to buy a property for $1, should I only sell it for $2 and make 100% profit?

Classic , a simple want add gets reamed out.
I locked it as I don't see a point in people commenting when there's no need for comment.
