I haven't read anything new in the last few days!
Is there something going on I don't know about?(L O L )
I do VERY little postings myself but really enjoy what others have to share.
The knowledge I gained from this forum is beyond.-.-.-

good question - methinks the heavy posters are in the separate area for "profis". I am as well not very communicative and have a limited intelligence so try to avoid making my head turn red.......

Pro's area is quiet as well.  Quiet can mean a number of things including that everyone is busy with properties they want to buy and don't want to talk about in public.  In my case because of recent advice I received from an estemed member of this board I have to save my shekels to treat him in a suitable fashion for his advice.  

In addition to good advice he was generous and paid for the coffee.  He warned me the next time was on me and that as summer approaches he needs cooling drinks made by Mr. Molson or Mr. Labatt.  Something about a yard glass being too small but a hogshead of beer would be sufficent (equivalent to two barrels or 54 gallons for non beerdrinkers)  ;D
