23 nugent drive, hamilton?? Looks like a nice oppourtunity - i live out of town but travel this way on occasion for bussiness - might stop in to poke around tomorrow... any insights on this one?

This is at least twice that this property has been up for sale.  Last time I believe it was cancelled.  Others may have more information.

I drove by today on my way further south... someone lives here... don't worry I didn't approach or talk to anyone just drove by; odd it has been for sale twice before... on to the next then... :-\
