I understand that Dave2 lives in the mountains somewhere north of Cobourg. Consider this an invitation to Dave2's place (or somewhere near the 401) when Dave2 reaches his 1000 posts. I have never met any of you but if Dave2 reaches 1000 before the end of October (when we head south), I will pay for the first round. Cheers!
P.S. Everyone who submitted a tender on today's Georgian Bluffs sale got what they bid on. By strange coincidence there were just three bidders and they all bid different properties. Difference of opinion - that is what makes a good tax sale.
