What do you guys think of the Brantford sales? Some interesting options there. The two houses look decent (although the one on Drummond looks like it might have an illegal addition on the back). As do the adjoining industrial lots on Henry, and the vacant development lots near Cumberland (zoned residential) (if you're the type of person that knows what to do with industrial property or has the capital to develop land, which I unfortunately am not).

This isn't the first time I've seen talk of a tax sale I've never seen listed. I usually check tri-target.

OTS often has these sales in their listings long before they appear in the gazette.....Tri-Target is the other agency site that you might want to visit periodically....otherwise they all have to appear in the gazette at some point prior to the sale, but good to be aware of them before that point if possible. 8)

Anyone have results? I'm interested to see what 225 Drummond went for.
Almost bid, but got scared by what looked like a series of poorly done, possibly illegal, renovations/addition on the building.
