Title: Winning an occupied property

I am new to the tax sale game. At this point I have only bid on one property which was redeemed just before the closing. I would like to get more familiar with the process and bid again in the future.

Has anyone here won a bid on a property and found the previous owners occupying the building after the deal had closed?  What was your experience like?  How can you get them out?

I'd appreciate any advice.

I kind of assumed that it wasn't worth getting involved in. I'll keep my looking for something more straight forward.
