Title: Addressing Tender Form - Toronto

will addressing the Tender Form "To:  TREASURER" suffice?  I cant find out who the the treasurer is even by calling the office they wont release the name unless I buy their package.  :-[

What a collection of douchebags.  I believe you can legally just use  "The Treasurer" ...  Anyone think different??
