Title: Grey Results

Does Anyone have the grey results..want to see if I should kick myself for not bidding on the 25 acres

Here are the results.

1. 0.5 acre land (with no road frontage): $7,600

2. 0.55 acre land (on a private road): $13,250

3. 25 acre (Hazard Zoning): $24,600

4. 26 acre (Agricultural & Wetland): $150,500, 13 tenders received

#1,  #2, and #3 were out for sale last winter, and no valid tenders were received then.

I was looking at the last one but would have had my ass kicked .... so saved some fees
