Title: BLIND RIVER
Post by: New_in_Otawa on January 06, 2017, 05:31:04 PM
Any tips?   Seems to good to be true?   This is perfect for me and my family?  Does this go all the way?  Do you think a lot of Toronto money will be there?  Or is it to far?

I am Mountainman.

Who do you kid

you want me to tell you my bid?

Before I say I rather would die

but everyone thinks I bid too high,

I always go big

and lose only against a rig,

For those who have wondered

I'll lay down five hundred,

I'm not afraid to say

'cause no one else will pay,

So for this one you have to dig down a bit

and go huge like my morning s*&t.

For I am Mountainman.

Do you think it will be redeemed?

Do you think it will be redeemed?

I am Mountainman.

Don't be a dink

it doesn't matter what I think,

If it redeems

it redeems,

If it doesn't

it doesn't,

But yes - I think it will

so don't bid and chill,

Why waste your time

instead save a dime,

No one should bid

and of the competition I shall be rid.

For I am Mountainman.

Who are you trying to kid

you think you will be the only serious bid?

The listing in the link

with this one isn't in sync,

Mountainman doth profess

the other is only water access,

So if you really think

that I am a complete dink,

Keep posting such crap

my good fine chap,

For this I vow

and telling you now,

At the end I will have a big grin

'cause this one I will win.

dogma.....not sure where you get that comparable, but whatever.

guy from the hill....since you are so excited about this one, I guess I should take a serious look at making a bid....go big or go home.  I fear that you have awakened a sleeping giant.  8)

Man on the hill has boasted to me via private message he has never lost to me.   Your turn.

I am standing down blind river as I am trying to sort out the namesake of your former workplace.

I am Mountainman.

The tax collector was once a formidable foe

alas that is no longer so,

Your last big win did redeem

'twas my hand behind the scene,

The only one I fear

is no longer active here,

To him I lost not once but twice

but four times I did best his bid price,

This one will be mine again

It will be for me one fine den,

So go all of you and have your fun

this one I have already won.

For I am Mountainman.

So...it was his hand behind the scene....a simple search will now reveal to me who this hillbilly really is.  He can keep his beer, and I hope he chokes on it.  No rhyme intended, nor any response desired. 8)

I went up to blind river this weekend to take a look,  no way it's going all the way, house has been winterized.  I stopped buy an agents and asked some questions, she agreed that 350-375 is what it was worth, quick sale. And If I was going to flip, keep in mind average days on market is very high in Blind River.  I took lots of pictures if anyone wants to see, let me know (PM), lots of footprints.  Good luck!

Lots of footprints

This tax sale may not be what it seemed,

unfortunately it may soon to be redeemed   :'(

For some reason the town wished to terminate,

And now the tax sale bidders seem to be too late.

I hate it when they cancel a couple of days before the tax sale.

I just hope that the cause of this did not result from someone talking to the owner.   >:(

This maybe a very expensive lesson.

Dave:

I now feel like to start wondering why the guy on the hill claimed in his last rhyme that he had already won the tax sale..  ::)
