Did anyone go today to the Addington sale?  If so, could you post the results?

Number one:   went for about 8300. second bid approx 8000.

property two went for nearly 27000. Second bid around 14000.  (Winning bid on 2 looks like full retail)

One bid on three.

Thanks for the info, sounds like a decent price on #1.
2 + acres, road access, close to Bon Echo, lots of positives.  i just couldn't get it together.  Too much on the plate.

I am Mountainman.

Two was was nice

but at that price, no dice,

While one is ok

it won't make much hay,

Three I don't get

someone made a bad bet.

For I am Mountainman.

In a normal market I would tend to agree with you except on 1 where the winning bid is low enough that the person who won
should do okay.

Of course some of us are all jealous of your likely sweet deal earlier this year.   The township will probably pay for your expenses in the property you will get.   In effect tax sale property for free.    ;D

Sooner or later you will accept my offer of a pint which will be raised in salut.  Unfortunately I don't have all the details but I have enough to say ' why am I not smart enough to do that."

Before you ask for forgiveness

you should learn to mind your own business.

I don't mean to be curt Burt
or is that Kurt...
But when you screw me over
and you owe me clover
then it is my business

I am Mountainman.

It was great when it all began

I was a regular Frankie fan,

You well know that some win, some lose

so why the short fuse?

All's fair in war and love

no one is judging from above,

Tell us when you won last

everyone would be aghast,

Does the phrase "has been"

hurt you like a Crown lien?

Spend more time winning

instead of your wheel's spinning,

Curt, Kurt or Burt

we are only starting to flirt,

So before we roll in the hay

let's engage in some more forep&%y.

For I am Mountainman.

Ha
You are feeling hurt
Kurt
Soon you will eat dirt
As I close in on my next big flirt.
Don't bother to even look
As she is mine by the book
