Title: Quinte West Dwellings -Make sure you make a careful visit before you bid

One of the dwellings had a Maple tree fall on it

Another was the scene of heavy chemical drug use and I am not sure if chemical drugs were manufactured there.

The real bonus maybe coming soon  next in the Town of White River.  10 out of 13 properties did not receive a bid so now they maybe will go for surplus sale with no minimum.  
Think of the potential 10 properties X 1 dollar = 10 bucks to become the land baron of White River.

The Byron st tree house redeemed .       The duplex on Louis went for 240K  75 bids   6 over 200K
