We have certainly covered part of the doom and gloom well.    Time to move onto the other half 'taxes'.   Lets cover HST.   Starting off does any one know how you can avoid HST if you were charged it on the property purchase ?

Yes, you can avoid HST by moving out to Venezuela, they dont have HST out there.
