Anyone have 'em? Think only the lot in Vienna went through. Looked like a decent piece of land.

Walnut street was sold.  over 25 bids. winning bid $76,000 compared to $43,500 assessed value

I figure that is full value and I did not like the small 1/2 acre lot size unless it is serviced
