UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF a Writ of Seizure and Sale filed with
the Sheriff of Perth County, dated September 8, 2014, under writ file
numbers 14-0000181 and 14-0000182, the real and personal property
of Kirk Jackson, Debtor, at the request of Tracey Jackson, Creditor(s),
I have seized and taken in execution all the right, title, interest and
equity of redemption of Kirk Jackson, Debtor(s) in and to:
PT LOT B CONCESSION 7 DOWNIE GORE AS IN R261787;
PERTH S, municipally known as: 3347 Road 119 R.R. 1 St. Pauls, ON

I shall offer for sale by Public Auction subject to the conditions set
out below at, the STRATFORD COURTHOUSE, 100 St. Patrick

THE SALE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED PROPERTY IS

The purchaser to assume responsibility for all mortgages, charges,
liens, outstanding taxes, and other encumbrances. No representation is
