Just started gathering infor. for the above property if any one has any input please advise

All I have is that they bought it 08/19/2002 for $181,461
MLS has condos in that building going 265 to 399
MLS?: N1648658 is two bedroom 265K .. 500 a month in condo fees ( I hate condos and wont touch one with a ten foot pole)
Since January sales have gone between 182 and 307 but I have no idea what is what IE 2 bedroom , 3 , 4 etc
I will be very surprised if this does not redeem, so I wouldnt waste much time on it. Check back 3 or 4 days before the sale and if not redeemed, then start heavy research and title search etc

Hello,
I ordered the free Tender package a week or so ago. It outlines the following parties, inter alia, that are listed as "Interested Parties" to this property:
1. The Ministry of Finance - Creditor of Writ ######
2. Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as Represented by the Minister of Finance.
So by my math, there is at least one, if not 2 Crown Liens. Proceed with extreme caution. :-[
If someone wants to let us know the value of both Crown Liens, I'd be more than interested, thanks.

The property was redeemed. I went to the city on Friday and asked for a package. The other one is a parking spot in a Chinese shopping mall.
