excellent  response,,, 2 bedroom  cottage,,with  a  new  addition,  30  mins  from  barrie  NOT WATERFRONT.   very  close,,  on  dead  end  street,,,needs   completion??previous  owner  started,  will  consider  all  offers...can  finish?/  or  sell  partially  finished..?  older  wood  frame  cottage,  in  area  of  new  homes  ??and  old./// easy  commute. close  to  midland. under  100,k??  1.000....sq feet  no  basement..  gas  at  street....  again,,,willing  to  finish??  renos . please  do  not  ask  me  for the  tax  roll  ???number???  dont  know  what  that  was  about,>>???i  own  this  cottage...and  will  finish?/inside,,  to  very  high  standards.  new  kitchen,,,bathroom,,  decks                                                                                                       gas  heat...  new  electic  panel  on  breakers  now  being  installed??  would  rather  stop  now,>>?  looking  at  another  property,,  mostly  new  windows....4  sliding  glass  doors  to  rear,,   in  new  addition,,,  needs  finishing??  previous  owner  gutted  house??  so  everything  will  be  new??  including  insulation,   plumbing,  could  possibley be  finished  as  3  bedroom??  no  pictures  posted  yet ??working  on  it...  existing  financing  in  place??  3.years..  can  be  assumed.  lot  size,,is  about  65...by  120...no  nieghbors  behind,,,and  it  is  fenced,

under  100,k,  needs  renovating,   1,000,,square  feet,   gas       hooked   up   and  services  at  road,  100..feet  to  water  ,,  near  port  mcnichel...assume  mortgage,  was  year  round  home,  30,,mins  to  barrie..
