Anyone bidding on Frontenac today, if so what do we think its going for... My agent says that its not that nice a site, pictures are not of what it actually looks like. Still worth min, maybe double min?
So a buddy and I won the tax sale on the Nation river a month back. We walked the land before bidding and it was alright. We final got title last Monday, and went out to see the place. Someone has erected a fence and has a horse on the property, we were greeted by a not so friendly dog... How do we proceed, we want to list the property. Do I now own a horse?
Anyone bidding, did the drive by last week when we checked out north kawartha... HOARDER HOUSE. Be carefully... Floor to ceiling garbage. Lots of water around the foundation, and it hadn't rained in days... Any thoughts? 15,000?
I did read that, CRAZY.... I just talked to someone living in the Windsor area and she says there in a Sellers market, Not sure if I believe it.... There was a flood in the building this year, wonder if their condo rates will be going up!
Lots of sales up right now, hopefully they go all the way.....
I want to bid on like 10 places, but they will likely be redeemed..as always....lol
I've bid on the Perth Taxsale today, we were the second highest better the first highest bid 28,000 higher than us, is it possible to sell our tender. Can I get the winning bidder's address.
So I was going to bid finally on some land, but am very scared now. The property is the riverfront in north Grenville. The zoning is EP, FEP AND RU. Judging by the supplied info from township it looks like you can't build.... How does one confirm you can or can't build on a vacant peice of land. Geowarehouse says 100 Vacant residential land not on water. I called the township planner 6 times and he has not called back. Is there any other way to confirm you can build before bidding?
