I was just at the registry office and the clerk there told me that the cottage is going to pay their taxes tomorrow. So keep an eye out.

Thanks for your help.  I have done all of these things.  I have the information package, title search and photos of the property that I have taken.  I just dont really know how to read the title search.  there are references to Reg. Numbers that are not on the search.  Can anony help? please?

What do you mean it wont show on a title search?  How is one to find out if there is a crown lien on a property then?

Has anyone completed a search on the rideau lakes farm property?  Being new to tax sales I have completed a search bu I am not the greatest at reading a seach.  Can someone please tell me if there are any liens against the proeprty or hiddencost that if sucessful I will have to pay?

I did a title seach a while back and found there to be a CHARGE on the property.  This CHARGE was issued after the Municipality issued the TAX ARREARS CERT.

If I bid on this Tax Sale Property and am the sucessful purchaser, am I obligated to pay that $33,600 Charge or is it removed and I pay only my bid?
