This is a hot one... I just drove by the property and there were 4 contractor vehicles outside, I imagine they're all bidding.... I talked to the neighbour and the guy that owned the house was a contractor that ran out of money, his business has been closed ....

Burnbrook CRA liens at 220,000 from back in 2005, apparently you have to pay the interest over the last 12 years too.... Bidding on Page RD, wish me luck...

Hi All, finally my back yard...
3 good ones to choose from, what to do? Drove by all, Page st is abandond(scary), Burnbrook St, has massive Liens, and Fennell Lane is in the flood plain....
