hi, i'm new to the tax sale and i'm intersted in the property on Jeffrey Dr, so i have some questions that i need some help with. how can i find any outstanding mortgages for this property? ( do i do Execution Search and Title Search). and what do you think about this property is it good for a first time buyer. Thanks for any help

Does anybody know if the court selling the hole equity of each property or hafe of equity for each property? and does anybody have any additional information that they can share with rest of us?

Hi, I have some questions about tax sale auction and public tender. is the tax sale auction defferent than public tender? if so, were can I find tax sale auction ( from a website or other sources) in Ontario? or is that the same as the taxsaleproperty.org?
