Properties for sale / wanted waterfront camping lot

perhaps someone here has a waterfront lot that cannot be built on and they want to sell. I would be interested as I canoe and camp so drive to or water access only is fine. parry sound-muskoka-haliburton and the more crown land surrounding the better.
