It is very obvious I have hit a nerve with this and it is clear by your continuous posts about it. I still stand by it and I bet the majority of people on this site do as well. Just the vocal few that "control" the site do not.

I could care less about the local bar you met to have beers in!!
Don't get me wrong, there are many people on here that have an amazing amount of knowledge and I appreciate it. Just get to the point, time is short.

Anybody have any input on Bishop Davis? I looked at it and it is a total tear down, beside the public access and parking to a very busy beach with people right at your property line. I know there was an issue recently on this beach of property owners trying to keep general public off the beach and they failed. Is there something I don't know about this property? I think the second bidder would have done OK.

I actually had a township once keep my third place bid until the first had paid the balance. No matter how much I told the treasurer he was wrong and he had to give my deposit back he refused. I received it in the mail about three weeks later.

I went to the property in Plantagenet today, the one on Alfred St. I know that after I post this people will say I must be interested in it but I am not. Do not waste your time. The building is more then a write off. It will be an expence to remove it. This being said you are only bidding on vacant land. It is steep to the water, very unattractive waterfront, mucky water and not navigatable to the Ottawa. If you want to go look for yourself I did make it into a good day trip taking the family to Papinak Zoo and stopping for dinner at Petree Isalnd. This was very good.
